Whispering Willows is situated on 80 Acres in the County of Thorhild, Alberta. We are approximately 1 hour from Edmonton, 25 minutes from Fort Saskatchewan and 15 minutes from Redwater. We have good access to Highways 63, 28 (approx. 3 miles of gravel) and Hwy 18 (approx. 5 miles of gravel). The property is surrounded by trees with walking and horse back riding trails.

Jacqueline has always enjoyed working with animals; when she was only 12 years old, she helped her Mom at the local pet store cleaning out the animal cages each Saturday morning. Around the same time she also took weekly riding lessons and was a typical teenage horse nut. At 16 she went to work for Al Omeing at the Alberta Game Farm for 2 summers. As an animal lover all her life it has been Jacqueline's dream to one day own a business and devote her time to working with animals. Whispering Willows Animal Resort is the dream come true. Jacqueline is a recent graduate of the Animal Behaviour College and is a Certified Dog Obedience Trainer.
